Hi folks,

We're hosting a TW file in a production environment at SUNY Polytechnic Institute: https://pvfiles.sunypoly.edu/pandemic-studies.html (which may be one of the few universities in the world to have a TW file on their web site!!)

Our web architect is currently editing the html by hand to add the <html lang="en"> tag, which is necessary for accessibility.

She takes a TW that i generated on Xememex (https://xememex.com/suny-poly-covid/), and adds the lang tag manually. This means my updates are pushed twice a day, instead of every 5 minutes.  Not a good situation!

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Here's what we've done so far:

1. We edited $:/core/templates/tiddlywiki5.html and changed the lang tag to "en" (from "en-gb")

2. we set $:/language to "$:/languages/en"

3. we found $:/languages/en but don't know what it means

Thought? Much appreciated!

(also, if anyone is ever interested in teaching hypertext/designing interactive texts) at a college level, following or reinventing my course that is visible at http://designwritestudio.com, please let me know!)

Hi Steve

This is actually a Xememex specific issue, so I’ll answer privately.

Best wishes

Jeremy.
