Upgrade by dropping a "full TW link" or giving url?

Is it possible - one internal tiddly-link to drag'n drop the whole TW onto the Upgrade mechanism? I.e instead of dragging the TW file.

...or, referring to the message on the Upgrade site which reads "Drag a TW file here or click to pick a file", to provide a URL there and have it load+upgrade?

The point would be to avoid having to download ones TW first from e.g tiddlyspot in order to upgrade it!

...and maybe even the reversed thereafter; drag a similar super-tiddly-link from the Upgrade page back to ones shmoozy tiddlyspot.

Come to think of it; if the above dragn'drop onto upgrade is even possible, then would it also be possible to download a TW by merely dragging such a link onto the computer desktop...? It does not work to drag a regular tiddler title link and dump on desktop (it's a json object... so why not actually?) but it does work to dump it in e.g browser bookmarks bar.
