There is no browser-messaging.js module in the TW core. .... Which system do you use?

I'm running

tiddlywiki demo-wiki --listen host=localhost

Maybe it's from some filesystem syncadaptor?

I'm overwhelmed by the message generated, my own debug console.log are washed away by those logs...

As BJ says, these are debug messages from the browser-messaging module in the core (the browser-messaging module is used in the implementation of the plugin library). I’ve commented them out:
