Plugin dependencies/prerequisites

I'm a new user of Tiddlywiki and have been experimenting with mGSD as well as a number of plugins. One iterm that appears to be missing that hopefully can be incorporated into TW5 is "dependencies". For example, when installing a plugin, it would be extremely useful to automatically install any plugins that are prerequisites to the one you are installing.

TiddlyWiki5 will indeed handle dependencies between plugins,
