Would there be a need for moderation? (Are there any moderators for
this group, here?)
At
tw.org there is no moderation, indicating that people behave well.
Also, here and in the tw group there is very little bickering.
Besides, my point about e.g UnaMesa endorsing it doesn't necessarily
mean it is responsible for it.
Would that clone idea mean those tiddlers are not reachable from the
standard tiddlyspace then? Sounds like an unfortunate solution IMO. A
"editing by members only" sounds better.

i.e if such a thing could be implemented, we could have a combined
discussion forum and knowledge wiki in one place. It does seem like
the optimal combo. Some tiddlers could be tagged as help-tiddlers,
either by the author or perhaps by some user rating system or both.
