Looking for the PHP Saving script.

It looks like the bidix.info and their Google code repository have gone dark.  Is there a current fork of the PHP UploadPlugin available?  Or a different one?  The Server Side Solutions list on tiddlyspace.com (http://tiddlywiki.tiddlyspace.com/Server-Side%20Solutions) seems to be out of date for PHP solutions.  Or am I going to have to write my own?
