Notice - Archives of old TiddlyWiki.org and Trac sites going offline soon

Just a quick note for those of you who might still be using the old MediaWiki and Trac instances for TiddlyWiki.

It's been more than 6 months since the main documentation and development services for TiddlyWiki have moved to TiddlySpaces (http://tiddlywiki.org/) and GitHub (https://github.com/TiddlyWiki/tiddlywiki) respectively.

UnaMesa has been maintaining the old servers online to support the transition. 

 

As far as we know the new services are working well for the community and no one is currently using the old services, hence we're planning to take those servers offline in the near future (end of April 2012).  

We do plan to maintain archives of the data stored on those servers and make them available via email requests.  

If you have a continuing need for access to these (out of date) services, please contact me.

Dear Greg, Plse, wait a minute.

Forgive me for my ignorance, if at all, but as far as I know there is
still no real good alternative for the "translations-page" in Trac,
i.e.
http://trac.tiddlywiki.org/wiki/Translations

On that page you are referred to
http://tiddlywiki.tiddlyspace.com/#Translation
which starts with referring you BACK to the page in Trac!
This is of course an infinitive loop.
Also the second link reverts you back to Trac (Subversion).
If you follow the 3rd link you only get to translation information for
within TiddlySpace (not TiddlyWiki).

I myself am not interested in TiddlySpace at all, but years ago I took
the resposibility for the translations of TiddlyWiki to Spanish and
Dutch. I am still willing to continue the support of both these
languages for TiddlyWiki.
To be able to do so I need more details, which so far I couldn't get
hold of.
So please, before you cleanup Trac and Subversion, let me (and other
translators), know where and how to document and checkin new
translations for TiddlyWiki.
