PWA for Tiddlywiki Classic

I see Yakov have made a progressive theme (https://responsive.tiddlyhost.com/#ResponsiveThemePlugin). It would be a nice idea to made a plugin supporting some other PWA features like offline webapp, push service (like webpushr.com), indexdb. I don''t know whether it will work if I put the service worker js and logo in tiddlers.
