Presenting: VarsFields plugin for distinct vars declarations area

VarsFields is an editview tiddler template,

...that shows a designated field area above the text field...

...for easy access declarations, like in standard coding.

It is conceptually related to ConfigsFields that I release in parallel (see another thread).
