Thanks, Jeremy. The saga continues.
I enabled the Develop menu and checked "disable local file restrictions." Now I get a warning that the app may contain components that are a security risk and am asked if I want to block. When I click "don't block" I immediately get the JavaScript warning "unable to save changes."
A little counterintuitive. I take it clicking "block" would not work either. [I'm reluctant to try it for fear that unblocking my be impossible or difficult.]
