Convert text of current tiddler titles into links?

Hi guys

This one is way out there.

Wondering if there would be a way to have TiddlyWiki search in tiddler text fields for the exact text of all current tiddler titles, and give the user the option to convert the text to a hyperlink to that tiddler title. Bonus if not case-sensitive.

Or if not, the fastest process for doing that manually.

Use case: Creating a tiddler Amy Adams, then realizing a number of tiddlers already contain her name, and you would like to click one button to change all those references to her into internal links rather than do a search, manually open each tiddler, and manually add the brackets.
