Default tiddlers error

I only edited one tiddler in http://wikis.healthwealthandmusic.co.uk/homepage.html - Welcome to Keith's websites - but now for some reason the order of the Default Tiddlers does not work. I should get the
Welcome to Keith's websites tiddler on the top.

Any suggestions welcome? Can't think what could have happened.

I restarted my computer and it seems to work now? No idea what happened.
