Is anyone else having problems with Tiddlyspot? The main page tiddlyspot.com seems to be down. The pages I have hosted on tiddlyspot are shown very slowly and I've noticed they correspond to a month old versions at least.

Tiddlyspot.com AND TiddlyTools.com are both hosted on DreamHost. The
following notice was posted by DreamHost Support to the control panel
for the account:

-----------------
You are receiving this message because your web hosting services are
being affected by hardware maintenance due to issues with your shared
web hosting server '...'.

Due to issues with the RAID controller, we have replaced the hardware
for this server and we are restoring all data from our backup server
to the new hardware. During this process, the data on the backup
server will be mounted directly over NFS to allow your hosting
services to remain online for the duration of the process.

There may be periods of high load on the server due to this
restoration, which is caused by the large amount of data being sent to
the server. We will be closely monitoring the server and mitigating
that load wherever possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unplanned
maintenance. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact
Support under Support -- Contact Support, in your Web Panel. This
notice will also appear on that page in your Web Panel and will be
updated throughout the process with the latest details we can provide.

Please note, this is regarding your web server '...', and no other
servers or services (mysql, email) have been affected.

Update: unfortunately, due to the state of the backups, even after
establishing the connection to serve and restore your data, you may be
experiencing downtime. Despite several attempts, the load is very high
on the server, and it's timing out sites. We continue looking into
this, and we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
--------------------

So, they are working on the problem... just wait it out.. things may
be slow for a few more hours, but they should return to normal in a
little while. Note: I'm not sure how often DreamHost backs up the
shared hosting server. Unfortunately, backups of the most recently
changed TW documents *might* not have been performed before the RAID
controller failed, so some recent changes may have been lost when
DreamHost did the "restore from backups" activity as they reported.

Thank you all for the info. Hopefully it will all soon come back to normal. Meanwhile I'll go on with my self-punishment for not backing-up.

TiddlySpot is not coming up today.  What's happening?  Thanx.

Still down. My Tiddlyspot site will come up, but cannot download or
save any changes. Any update on when this will get fixed?

Well it was back up for a little while this afternoon, but it's down now.  Very frustrating--to say the least.  :-(

I didn't note how long TiddlySpot was up, but I got in a couple of entries this morning before it went down.  I think it's been about 1/2 hour since then.

It's up.  It's down.  It's up.  It's down...  It's yo-yo hosting without the string.  Can it do "walk the dog?"

I've been using TiddlySpot for a few years now and I don't remember any other time when I rely on it.  Is anybody else as frustrated as me?
