Journal / Time stamping issue

Something odd has just started happening. Each time I create a new journal entry, instead of getting the date as I would expect, I get the following:

"config.mGTD.getOptTxt("newjournaldateformat")?config.mGTD.getOptTxt("newjournaldateformat"):"12-Aug-11 08:09"

The overall setup is as follows:

MGSD 3.1.8c

Hosted on Tiddlyspace.com

Additional Plugins:
- Breadcrumbs 2.1.4 (problem existed before adding)

- ForEachTiddlerPlugin 1.0.8 (problem existed before adding)

Has anyone ever seen this? Any idea why it's doing this?
