Loading External CSS?

It seems I have a couple of different families of related TiddlyWikis now — and, for the first time, it occurs to me I might want to experiment with an external CSS for one of these families.

Very un-TiddlyWiki, I know — but is there a syntax to do it?  Could I add a call to the external CSS to MarkupPreHead tiddler?

The correct place to load external CSS and JavaScript is MarkupPostBody
shadow tiddler.

Note that classes loaded in this way will override class statements
defined in TiddlyWiki stylesheets.
