I'm interested in whether a TW SEARCH can be activated is response to an URL and take a search argument.

Is that possible?

Use Case: I'd like to be able to publish an URL on Twitter that, via search IN theTW, displays a list of results at tiddlywiki.com.

Best wishes
Josiah

It's possible,  but not implemented atm.

IMO you can use "permaview" and "permalink" .... With permaview, you can also arrange the tiddler order, which imo is an advantage for new users.

Thanks PMario

Its good to know its a potential. IMO it could have relevance to broader issues of accessing documentation longer term.

Best wishes

... and when you are looking for all tiddlers with a particular tag, you can certainly use this:

https://tiddlywiki.com/#:[tag[Learning]] (opens all tiddlers tagged "Learning")

Not sure whether everybody knows this.

... and this seems to work, too:

https://tiddlywiki.com/#:[!is[system]search[Firefox]] => opens all tiddlers that contain the word "Firefox".

Isn't this basically what you were looking for?

Great examples. Very useful to know.

I don't think this is common knowledge. As far as recall I not seen it before.

Thanks!

That is correct, you can use arbitrary filters for the permaview part of the location hash. However, it's best to escape the square brackets (browsers typically do this if you copy the address from the address bar):
