[indentify plugin] Field values in other tiddlers?

Hi

I need your help to identify a plugin. Its in my wiki but is not functioning right and I cant remember the source. It could also be a code snippet from the forum. Ive searched the forum, Davids list, Arlene list and tiddlywiki.com but to my frustration I cant find it.

It is supposed to suggest values for fields in a drop down, based on existing values for that field in other tiddlers. see screenshots.

And when when a field is used I should get suggestions but alas
