The post you referenced is VERY old and only applies to TiddlyWiki Classic (v2.x.x). In modern TiddlyWiki (v5.x.x), you can configure the tiddler font settings using the $:/ControlPanel
1) Click on the "gear" icon in the sidebar
2) Select the "Appearance" tab
3) Select the "Theme Tweaks" tab
4) Under the "Sizes" heading, find the "Font size for tiddler body" setting and enter the desired CSS value (i.e., 10em) there.
5) You might also want to adjust the "Line height for tiddler body" setting. I recommend using a percentage value (e.g., 120%)
Notes:
* Changes in the $:/ControlPanel settings are applied immediately, without needing to reload the page
* Tiddlers tagged with $:/tags/Stylesheet are for defining custom CSS classes, and contain only CSS definitions without the surrounding <style>...</style> syntax.
