Enquiry about the current status of the discussions regarding Tiddlywiki UI redesign

Today i saw a post regarding Tiddlywiki UI redesign in this group and even a temporary google group was created for that. But I couldn't find anything related to it since this June. Was there any real progress in those discussions or was it abandoned ?

The group is TiddlyWikiUI. Worth reading.

I think its sleeping, not expiring.

We are limited numbers. People like me wait a lot till things ripen on numbers.

A better CSS frame for TW would be neat BUT the existing CSS is pretty good too.

An issue in TW is that we can dynamically change style using macros. So any framework needs to foster that.

A few thoughts.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I have been using TW since May and have made my own set up after reading many posts in this google group and using the vast number of plug ins available. I am happy with the current UI since its is functional. Even though it took time to set up my TW after a lots of permutations and combinations, my current set up is giving me good rewards in terms of ease of workflow. But a modern looking UI as proposed in the redesign proposal would be a welcome change provided the current functionality is not compromised.
