You can open the tiddlywiki with the command

./mdwkit /full-path-to/tiddlywiki.html

It will open in a separate window and can be saved, Window of webkit2gtk engine. It's like a standalone application. You can make the desktop file for it and it will be in the system menu.

You have to prepare your tiddlywiki file. See /mdwkit-005/exapmles/tiddlywiki/README
