Hello,

For some reason my search of this mailing list isn't popping up with a proper answer to this question for me.
Anyway, how do I properly embed and inject an image into a TiddlyWiki HTML file without keeping an external directory for images?
Also, can I do this with other media as well, such as with PDF files or Audio?

Thanks,

-

Zak

You can just drag and drop an image into TW to "embed" it. BUT, if you do, you will use up space inside of TW. TW is not a "real" program. When it reaches a certain size (typically somewhere between 10 and 30 megs) it will become unusable. That's why it's better to use external images if at all possible.

These links explain how to use images in TW:

This link talks about embedding audio:

Oh, nice! Thanks. Yeah, I now see the Import button under the tools menu. For this particular TiddlyWiki I don't have very large image, audio, or PDF files, and I just want to quickly share it, so a single .html file seemed convenient to me. Most of the time I do indeed plan to use external images.

Anyway, thanks.
