It seems this TW was saved incorrectly

What did I do?

I have been plugging along with my MPTW and saving changes,
occasionally uploading to tiddlyspot to share my notes with
classmates.

I went to save this morning and was told that the tiddlywiki looks
like it wasn't saved properly last time and referred to the download
page.

I also now have three backstage buttons, which tells me I did the same
WrongThing at least 2 times.

Any thoughts?

Ok the problem is solved (I think) and I learned two things:

#Upgrading fixed the problem: no more error message and now only one
backstage bar instead of three (ah, I miss the time in my life where
"backstage bar" meant something different.)

#The moment something appears to be wrong, I will revert to a saved
copy. When the lines btw ones the data and the application are this
blurred (meaning that if I break the "program" I break my data) I need
to pay more attention to if its working well. My last good copy was
from Wednesday, and I had entered hours and hours of notes.
