Can i use tiddlywiki on a blog or cloud service, so any one can write tiddles and save them?

Hello Jeremy and developers thanks for this tool, I've been using it for my personal diary, it is amazing and very useful. I was thinking to make a blog with this tool, but i don't know if it is possible for any reader to write ideas directly in the html file (in a way so those tiddlers are save it to the file). I am not a programmer, can you help me? thanks.
