Can someone provide me with a tutorial if and how could I run TiddlyWiki as an Adobe CC CEP Extension in a tab in InDesign?

I am not a programmer and noone made this extension yet, thanks in advance!

Eventually, could someone create the extension and share it?

It would be terrific for writing my drafts for InDesign directly in an inDesign tab, in TiiddlyWiki running from NodeJS.
