I must admit I still use MathJax. I like to be able to have $x=3$ and $$x = \int x dx$$ where the first on can be in a line and the second one is by default with \displaystyle and centered.
"alt+x" : { "pre":"$$", "post":"$$"}
"alt+c" : { "pre":"<div style='text-align:center'>\n$$\\displaystyle ", "post":"$$\n</div>"}
Hi Olivier,
I'm using Keyboard Snippets plugin (http://braintest.tiddlyspot.com/#keyboard-snippets) to create custom shortcuts for katex.
For example I usefor inline mode and"alt+x" : { "pre":"$$", "post":"$$"}for centered mode."alt+c" : { "pre":"<div style='text-align:center'>\n$$\\displaystyle ", "post":"$$\n</div>"}
By the way, katex version v0.5.1 with math fonts support is available :)
Hope this helps,
Lukas

Some fonts seem to render incorrectly (specifically mathsf, mathtt, mathfrak, mathcal, mathscr as far as I've tested).
