Editor toolbar is not visible

There used to be a toolbar displayed on top of the editor pane, that can be used for formatting like bold, chaging the font etc..

It is not visible ( or hidden) , how could i get it back

Hi Nag,

ControlPanel > Settings > Editor Toolbar; check Show editor toolbar
