[TW5] Upgrade from 5.1.11 to 5.1.13 with plugins - no preview, no editor toolbar

Hi all,
I upgraded from 5.1.11 to 5.1.13 by downloading an empty and dragging the old file in. In the new file, I don't see the Preview button anymore, and I don't see the new editor toolbar either.
I have GSD5 installed, and some other bits and pieces.
How do I go about fixing this?

I'm not sure one can upgrade like that (even if I agree that it would make sense! ...anybody who knows?)

Hi Matthew,
Updating should work that way ... but ... GSD5 has some "GSD specific" Edit- and ViewTemplates. Since you import everything from your "old" GSD version into the new TW version only the core and the stuff, that isn't affected by the GSD changes are updated. .. So you'll need to wait until GSD templates included the new stuff.
What does <<version>> macro show?
