Importing tiddlers, without overwriting, using xlsx plugin

I'm a big fan of the xlsx plugin tools (though I really need to give Jeremy a new demo; that one is a bit lame; I used it in a class years ago...I've gotten better!).

Is there a way to import so that there is an option to view the "title" column as $basetitle during import (and thus not overwriting old tiddlers).
