Create Sidebar tab showing all tags?

Could someone link me to an example of how to set up a tab in the Sidebar that lists all the tags in the database?

when i search i either get "how to add a tab" which i know how to do, or "list all tiddlers for a tag" which i don't want to do...

Open Advanced search, move to shadow tab and search for "$:/core/ui/MoreSideBar/Tags". Edit the tiddler and add tag "$:/tags/SideBar"
