A vim plugin for syntax highlighting .tid files

I'm not sure how many people are vim and TiddlyWiki users but I guess there are a few.

I didn't write the syntax file - it was created a while ago by Roma Hicks, author of GSD5, - but I did recently convert it to a plugin so it's easier to install.

I think it's probably now abandoned by Roma, so I'll call myself the maintainer until further notice. Contributions are welcome. :)
