Image caption (figure legend)

Hi,

A modest contribution to this great community: a simple plugin that
grabs the tooltip portion of the standard TW image markup
([img[tooltip|filename]]) and displays it below the image as a
caption. Useful for formal writing where you need to display figures
with figure legends.

Could be re-inventing the wheel here, but I couldn't find such a
plugin anywhere. Hope its as useful to someone as all your great add-
ons have been to me.

I like that!
Maybe it could even be added as an option to the core's image formatter
(similar to table captions) - I would imagine that might only be 2-3
additional lines in the core.
Care to give it a try?
