ConfigsFields is a view template...
...to reposition specified fields with user configuration-variables
...to appear above the text field directly in view mode.
The imagined use case is for plugins or similar, so to not force a user to face the actual code for mere configuration settings.
It is conceptually related to ConfigsFields that I release in parallel (see another thread).
