Tiddlywiki Du3 add existing tag option

I notice that when a new tiddler/journal comes up there is no longer an option to click on an option to add existing tag. How can I get it back?

* Open tab: indexes >> More >> Shadowed
* open the tiddler named: EditTemplate

It contains some content like the following

has an error.

It should look like
</span><span macro='tagChooser

If you fix this it should work

imo Sending some feedback to giffmex would be nice.
