Hi All,

After looking of a post on adding greek symbols in a tiddler, I only
found one post:
http://groups.google.com/group/TiddlyWiki/browse_thread/thread/cc31bbefc15697e9/5d6b3b2586906590?lnk=st&q=tiddlywiki+greek+symbols+HTML&rnum=1&hl=en#5d6b3b2586906590

However, I found using the entry code from
http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/entities/symbols.html
works :)

I'm using Firefox and version 2.02 of tiddlywiki.

Hope this helps someone :)

Cheers
Noel

I think since the post you referenced, TiddlyWiki has added support for HTML entities (which are the things that start with & and end with ; ).
If you're using Unicode characters remember to check your page in IE as well, sometimes support for individual characters varies between browsers.

Cheers

If your using an earlier version of TW I have a 'wikifier' that renders the HTML entities, also of interest I have several tiddlers full of the HTML symbols for greek, latin, math, and other funny html entities.  Here's the URL for the greek ones:

search in my TW for Entities and you'll find all the defined entities in one of 4 different tiddlers..
