Hi folks,

I need 3 or 4+ volunteers, to test some TiddlySpace Backup Scripts. BETA

Since I'm working with latest OS versions, I want the scripts to be tested with different configurations. And I want to test the usability too :)
I want to be sure, that I don't miss any tiddlers. So we really want to get'em all!
I want to be sure, that the scripts work out of the box. So it shouldn't be needed to install extra software. (This is my biggest concern)

There will be some manual work included, since you'll need to check your TWs, if everything is OK. So you'll need to invest some time too!

The scripts create  a subdirectory and download the following info:

 - public content as html ... contains the public stuff only
 - private content as html ... contains private and public .. that's intended and by design of TS.
 - public tiddlers as JSON ... public tiddlers as only
 - private tiddlers as JSON ... private tiddlers only
 - public recipe file as txt  ... this file is optional, since it contains additional info

When I'm sure the testers can handle it, I'll create a short video, that shows, how everything should look like. So nobody needs to be afraid ;)

I did create 2 versions, using:
 - bash. .. for linux, Mac, gitBash on windows
 - windows powershell ... for the rest of us :)

I need at least:
 - 2 Mac user .. important since I don't have access to a Mac.
 - 1or2 linux users
 - 2 windows users.
      - preferably 1x win7 and 1x win8

I did create the stuff with ubuntu, windows 10 and gitBash on win 10. So I'm pretty sure it works with those systems.

Please post your OS version here. I'll send you the download links and some more info.

have fun!
mario
PS: @Jeremy. Can you please make the post sticky!
