This looks like its for classic.

In the quickstart tiddler there is there is this.

tryin to figure if any of the info it contains could be used for TW5, last update there was 2016 but most dates are pre TW5 it looks

This is TWC. TW5 is a result of a rewrite using Jeremy's and other's experiences with TWC. They chose to call it TW5 because its based on HTML 5, if memory serves.
