Pin tiddler to top of page (e.g., table of contents always appears at top of screen)

Hi,

Is there a way to pin / persist a tiddler at top of the screen? For example, I'd like my ToC (table of contents) to always show at top of the page.

Searching the group and docs didn't reveal any obvious way of doing so.

Create a tiddler containing the desired table of contents output.  Then, tag that tiddler with $:/tags/AboveStory.
