Agh! Please help!

Hi all

I added an old SortableGridPlugin found at
http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http://lewcid.googlepages.com/mm.html%23SortableGridPlugin&usg=AFQjCNFZijqikcn7fesnqKwza6lRPbn_EA
to my main TiddlyWiki. Now it doesn't open in any browser.

What can I do to open the file and/or remove the plugin?

I realize now that I should have saved a copy of the file before
adding the plugin, but I honestly have never had problems like this,
despite my constantly working with TiddlyWiki with various plugins. So
I got too trusting...

add "#start:safe" to your document URL. This will bypass ALL plugins
and force use of SHADOW tiddlers. Then, you can disable the errant
plugin (by changing it's tags). Save-and-reload (without the
#start:safe), and you should be back to work.

Wow Eric, thanks

It got me halfway there. I managed to open it, delete the tiddler in
question, and save.

But now even without the #start:safe, Firefox opens it in safe mode.
What more might I need to do?

I got a saved version and reloaded my versions of the Shadow Tiddlers,
and now it works great. Thanks, Eric!

FFR I highly recommend the use of MPTW's LessBackups pointing to a folder off somewhere (ideally a separate drive) you never need to look until something like this comes up. You can then set autosave every minute if you like without consequences. . .
