BAM: Tiddler Open Modal now has "Recently Changed" view

End-user interface stuff.

The tease: check the two attached images (the already existing "full list sorted by tiddler title" view, and the new "Recently Changed" view)

The related code in the "File Open Modal" tiddler isn't pretty.

I was just out to first get it working.  Code refactoring for later.
