How can I refer to tiddlers in another tiddly wiki html file?

Hi,
Every tiddler has a "down" icon, that creates permalinks in the URL bar. see: http://tiddlywiki.com/#PermaLinks

Then you can use a prettylink: [[link to ....|http://tiddlywiki.com/#PermaLinks]] in the wikitext.
