Thank you, it's a good idea to send json exports (btw, you can export several tiddlers into a single json; I'll try to make a little doc on this).

I will happily take care of this and do a pull request for you, but it would be still good that you get a github account and sign the individual licence (see "How to sign the CLA" in http://tiddlywiki.com/#Contributing).

I used the current state of fr-FR edition to translate. I've also modified some littles mistakes and upgraded a few.
