FoxPro? That used to be my bailiwick. Never tried browsing with it though.

What platform are you on?

What versions of the respective browsers?

For Firefox this seems to be a javascript problem. I dont any new
questions about accepting javascipt and can only work with the wikifiles
I answered positively before upgrading.
I suppose my yesscript addon does not work with the new Version of FF,
so I keep on working with the old files, waiting for Updates...
For Safari and Chrome you need to put TiddlySaver.jar in the same
folder. Have you done this?

i do not get any more javascript questions and

I too am just now having problems with old TiddlyWikis on Firefox. I tried my seminary library TW based on BibblyWiki, and my old NoteStorm file, and Morris' Treeview-TW, and none of them save. My newer ones have no problem though - have tiddlysaver in the same folder. Chrome with tiddlysaver works, though. It's not just the treeview plugin though, because the library one doesn't have that.

Running Firefox on Windows 8 trial version.

Firstly, I would recommend using a portable version of Firefox 3.6 when facing issues with TiddlyWiki files, as posted in "Problems importing from TiddlyTools"

Secondly, some time ago I came across a TiddlyWiki file from Xavier Verges that shows you how, including a plugin, to change your privileges regarding security, reading, loading, etc. You may download it from:
http://firefoxprivileges.tiddlyspot.com/download

There is a lot of information in this file as well. When facing issues, I give my TiddlyWiki full privileges and open them in FF 3.6.

There is a solution for newer versions of Firefox.  You have to enable "UniversalXPConnect" in your prefs.js.  You can google it, but the short answer is to add some lines like this:

user_pref("capability.principal.codebase.foo.granted", "UniversalXPConnect");
user_pref("capability.principal.codebase.foo.id", "file:///path/to/your/wiki.html");

Where "foo" can be any unique string, and "file://..." is the path to your TiddlyWiki.  You have to do this for every TW that you work with, which is a bit of a pain, but if a better solution exists for Firefox I'm not aware of it.

Had the same problem. It was all well before I accidentally upgraded FF the the latest 15. Now switch back to the old FF 3.6 and it works great! Thanks!
