The error is "Couldn't load plug-in." What plugin am I missing for PDF?

"Couldn't load plug-in" may be a message from the *brower-based* plugin mechanism, rather than TiddlyWiki. Make sure you've installed the Adobe PDF Reader plugin for your browser.

That was it. For some reason Chrome wasn't loading its pdf reader correctly. Firefox works fine with the pdf.
