Bob remote editing not saving

Hi,

I can view my Bob TW (version 1.3.1) on my home network via both Android and iPad, but on neither one does saving changes "stick", i.e. when you refresh the page the changes are gone.

Is there a setting somewhere to allow remote saving that I may have mistakenly changed?
