Minimum text editor height with automatic height adjustment?

The default height of the text editor can be changed to being fixed height or auto, which changes the height automatically depending on the amount of text. But is there a way to choose "auto" and still have some minimum height to the editor? So the auto only triggers when the text is taller than x pixels for instance. I can kinda get around this by adding multiple empty rows in the text of new tiddlers bit it is not a great alternative.
