One way of setting up a Google Form for TiddlyWiki feedback

Setup a button to popup a modal with instructions/whatever and a link to the form.

Using Google Forms, the info submitted by somebody goes straight into a Google Sheet, which I have setup to notify me when it changes.

A no-budget, no-fuss/no-muss solution.

I think folk can get the same kind of thing with Github and other products.
