Is this a bug? sortan tags

• go to https://tiddlywiki.com/
• create new tiddler with below content

<$list filter="[tag[TableOfContents]sortan[tags]]">


</$list>

• save

The scary error window appears with Uncaught TypeError: a.localeCompare is not a function

Why? I know there is no numbers in the tags field of those tiddler.
