[TW5] How do I add a TOC or links to the right hand control panel?

The TW at tiddlywiki.com has a nice table of contents available in the right hand panel. I would like to add one to my own TW for fast navigation to key tiddlers. Is there an easy way to do this?

Hi Mark,

For a detailed description see [1].

If you create your TOC in a tiddler called 'Main Menu' and tag it with $:/tags/SideBar, it will show up as a tab 'Main Menu' in the Sidebar.

If you want the tab to display a different name than the actual tiddler containing the toc, set it using a caption field.

I had certainly looked at the TOC macro, but that last little important bit about how you make it show up in the sidebar isn't in the docs -- as far as I can tell. Maybe I should dig out my GitHub account and add that bit?
