Just trying out TW5 for the first time. The expression "blown away" is so overused as to be meaningless so I'll just say that it's delightfully easy to use.

I do have one question however:

How to achieve the equivalent of including an image from another tiddler when using Markdown?*

I have searched for information on this but what I've found is confusing and doesn't work for me.

Thanks
PJO

Hi PJO

It's not currently possible to include tiddler images in Markdown (you can, as you'll have discovered, happily use Markdown's normal syntax for external images). I've added a quick fix for 5.0.10:

It lets you do things like:

![alt text](Motovun Jack.jpg "Logo Title Text 1")

Currently the "title" text is ignored, and the "alt text" is used as the tooltip.

Best wishes

Jeremy

Many thanks.

BTW I'm sure I'm not the only person who wondered what Motovun was all about. Favourite holiday spot?

Cheers

Hi PJO & Daniel

BTW I'm sure I'm not the only person who wondered what Motovun was all about. Favourite holiday spot?

I went to Motovun in Croatia for a holiday in October 2011, just as I was leaving BT and embarking on going solo in order to work on TiddlyWiki5.

Jack was a very friendly local stray who would hang around for food and affection. I had some fun taking pictures of him, ending up with this one:

The picture became a favourite, which is why it has gradually become a de facto mascot for the TiddlyWiki project. The rationale is something about a cat eating as many tiddlers as it can...

Best wishes

Jeremy
