Stumbled on this for another matter. Could someone with Quora account answer this poor fella´?

Is there an open-source or self-hosted, purely Web-based alternative to TheBrain, an idea-mapping tool?

...also including a link to TiddlyMap might be suitable.

(Quora is AFAIK a general Q&A site but the answers are archived and viewed by many so you're not just answering that particular guy.)
